Jeremy Dyck is a passionate community builder and public servant committed to strengthening neighborhoods through connection, collaboration, and service. As a leader in the City of Goodyear’s Neighborhood Services Division, Jeremy plays a vital role in empowering residents, advancing community-driven initiatives, and fostering partnerships with nonprofits, HOAs, and local organizations.
With over 16 years of experience in grassroots organizing, civic engagement, and regional outreach—including work in Goodyear, Buckeye, Mexico, and Honduras—Jeremy brings a people-first approach to leadership. He has led programs such as Good Neighbor Day, the GoodyearConnects Resource Fair, and the Faith & Community Roundtable, always with a focus on inclusion, impact, and sustainability.
Jeremy is known for his ability to bring people together, create safe spaces for dialogue, and design meaningful experiences that build trust and unity across diverse communities. He believes that great cities are built by great neighbors, and that leadership begins on your own street.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys mentoring young leaders, volunteering internationally, and spending time with his family. He is honored to be part of Leadership West and is excited to grow alongside fellow changemakers who are dedicated to shaping Arizona’s future.
